Crowne Plaza Worcester offers 12,000 square feet (1115 square meters) of flexible meeting and breakout space that can easily accommodate a wide variety of business gatherings and memorable social events.

The professional on-site service team has a wealth of experience and knowledge, plus our banqueting team has the dedication and flair to make your special event memorable, providing outstanding service to groups large and small. An extensive range of state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment is available, together with a full complement of meeting aids and technical assistance.

For guests wishing to hold their wedding reception at the hotel, our talented wedding coordinators are full of inspired ideas and can assist brides to plan the perfect wedding day.

		Crowne Plaza Worcester can turn your banquet, reception or special event into an affair to remember! The hotel boasts a variety of handsomely appointed banquet and meeting rooms that will enhance business and social functions of every description. The new Crowne Amphitheater seats up to 150 people, and the Commonwealth Ballroom can accommodate up to 800 guests in a reception setting and 700 guests in a theater setting. The ballroom can be divided into four smaller rooms to ensure the perfect setting for any occasion. The largest meeting room can accommodate up to 35 (8' 0" x 10' 0") booths. The Boardroom is ideally suited for meetings of up to ten people.
